ADULT INDOOR LEARN-TO-ERG CLASS

2025 LEARN TO ERG CLASS!

Join us at the Rogue Rowing Boathouse for this 6-week indoor erg (rowing) class. You'll learn:

​

  • Basics of the rowing stroke 

  • Rowing terminology

  • Rowing technique

  • How incredible this full-body sport is!

​

Experienced rowers and coaches will be on hand to guide you through each session.

 

Dates: Wednesdays 3/26 - 4/30

Time: 6pm - 7pm

Cost: $150 for 6 weeks

Class size limited to 15 participants
